Sections 4, 6 and 40 of the Punjab Private Site Development Schemes (Regulation) Rules, 2005, R3 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 184 (3) under Article 184 (3) of the Constitution Practical Conflict of Constitutional Strength Applicable to the public: Applicants seized the land for the respondent's company for the establishment of a private housing scheme. The petition raised by the petitioners is that the changes approved in favor of the respondents were fake and fabricated. After the development of land in residential plots, the respondent company was large. Will make the public available for purchase at scale. Everyone who pays and plots to buy will automatically become a member of the Society. The ship of the Society cannot be acquired without the acquisition of a plot; therefore, the membership of the Society was widespread with the holding of the plot in the Housing Scheme as any class. There was no ban or no restriction on the sale of plots to the people. Open to everyone, therefore, the purpose of the acquisition may be considered to be useful to the public that large-scale applicants fail to show that a legal or constitutional right has been infringed; some of the applicants Sold the land to and received enough money for it. There have also been references to the sale price and occupancy in many cases the effect of the changes in the name of the respondents was presented by the Pteakers, who in fact were concerned about the variation in the dispute.
