GOVERNMENT OF SINDH THROUGH SECRETARY EDUCATION versus DELHI ANGLO ARABIC COLLEGE AND SCHOOLS

Para 11 Individual Rental Orders Ordinance (XVII of 1979), Section 15 Transfer of Property Act (IV of 1882), Section 111 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) National Rental Educational Institution Private Rental Complexes Appeal maintained by the trial court granted immunity from High Court's validity in such premises by the application of the Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance by the retaining suit MLR 118, leased by the defendant. If any breach of the contract was withdrawn, there was substantial risk of the plaintiff's suspension. There was no objection to the keeping of the trial before the trial court or the high court had dismissed such objection and refused to appeal the circumstances.
