R 4 (1) (b) Revenue Directors Appointment Scope The Government employee was appointed directly as Director (B 19) after completing the prescribed procedure, after the change in the head of the Government and the Department appointed the Government employee Returned to the post of Director (B 18). The allegation of lack of eligibility was not sustainable from the position of director of public servant to the deputy director because they were legally and legitimately appointed by the competent authority. The service tribunal set aside the decision and at the same time, the court order restored the government employee to the post of Director (B-19) as retaining his appointment notification. The appeal was allowed in such a case
