In view of the allegations of misconduct against the appellant, it was extremely inappropriate to record the final result on the basis of prudent inquiries when the competent authority failed to summon the entire record, when the appellant filed a complaint with the District Judge. In the Appeal Department, the district judge had filed charges of prejudice against the district judge. Months after he was charged, there were allegations related to the period before his appointment and the Supreme Court could not be ignored by the appellant's probationary duty, keeping the orders of the service tribunal and competent authority aside. Appeal has been directed to restore the applicant. Appropriate authority to initiate an investigation into allegations of misconduct, if deemed necessary by partner consent
