Transfer of land by deceased under Section 42 West Pakistan Land Revenue Act (XVII of 1967), Section 42 of the Evidence (10 of 1984), Arts 17 and 79 Civil Procedure Code (V8 1908), VI VI, R4 suit. At the time of the confirmation of such changes in the open assembly of 300/400 people in Diyah, it was challenged after 7/8 years of confirmation of such changes, and the four-year death of the deceased plaintiff was neither fraudulent. Important ingredients were neither mentioned nor led. To prove how the plaintiff had failed to establish a preliminary strike to prove misrepresentation and fraud with his claimant. The defendant had presented the gift to his author and proved the testimony, confirming the evidence, in the circumstances requiring proof.
