MST. GULSHAN BIBI versus STATE

A large quantity of 15kg of marijuana was recovered from the possession of the accused in Article 9 (c) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), which was satisfactorily proved that the recovery was not a witness to the memo. Submitted, was not fatal in the prosecution's case because the trial did not have the coordination to act as a carrier, nor was the existence of an alternative due to the removal of material on record. Was granted but the appellant's permission was denied under the circumstances
