12, 14 and 65 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Appeal Nomination papers rejected Applicant submitted two nomination papers in different panels for the post of Nazim, one person with different person and the other with both papers. At the same date and time the nomination papers were filed with different persons, the nomination papers were rejected on the 23rd and the nomination papers of the 23rd, because it was said that the age of different persons was less than 25 years while the papers were nominated. No. 24 was accepted by the Panel of Panel. After the election, the applicants for the nominee and the nominee announced the selection of the candidates, the respondents filed election petitions which were allowed and the selection of the applicants on the seat of the nominee and the nominee were declared invalid. If a candidate had filed more than one nomination and the candidate had not withdrawn his nomination papers before the examination, his candidacy would be settled on the basis that the first nomination of the nomination papers would be received by the returning officer. Nominations will be canceled. Different person, while nomination paper No. 24 was accepted, except that the first nomination papers (No. 23) were not taken soon for examination, the second nomination paper (No. 24) on the basis on which the applicants. Had contested the election, it was banned. On the basis of nomination papers, the applicants could not be declared as per the law.
