Article 199 The constitutional petition voluntarily introduced the serious scheme introduced by the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) to the officers of the National Development Finance Corporation (NDFC) in association with the bank benefits mentioned in its scheme. Such a reduction was subsequently filed by other officers of the High Court in a government constitutional petition filed by some officers by other officers accepted by the High Court, who were not parties at the time. Earlier, while dealing with the constitutional petition, it was observed that the bank can give similar benefits in equity and fair interest, in which case the existing employees were entitled to the same benefits as the present applicant, Other officials were provided under the scheme; the High Court accepted the constitutional petition filed by the present applicants in the circumstances.
