REHMATUDDIN versus REGISTRAR OF TRADE UNIONS, GOVERNMENT OF SINDH

Section 9 Registrar's Approval of Transfer of Registration Officers to Trade Unions Under the law, no special approval was required for the conversion of trade union officials. The trade union was required to communicate with the registrar. In the IS days, trade union registrar officials may refuse to register any changes, however, there was no formal requirement to accept the registry if the registrar remained silent on the communications sent by the trade union and responded within.
