Sections 9 and 20 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Trade Union, Registration of Constitutional Request by the Employer Against Such Registration Required: Maintaining a writ in the nature of a certificate, mandamus or prohibition. The person must be a grieving person who suffered from injustice or special injury which affected him / her in general and neither an employer nor the existing registered trade union can be a 'grieving person' only trade union. The constitutional petition dismissed by the High Court registration process is no longer manageable
