Section 15 Illegal Settlement Act (XI of 2005), Sections 3 and 4 of the Criminal Procedure (V9 1898), Section 403 (1) of the General Clause Act (X9 of 1897), Section 26 contempt of court Act (XIV of 1976), section 3 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Order 13 and 199 of the Constitution for withdrawal of application, approval of expulsion of tenant from the country during the appeal of rent and the approval of this order by the appellate court tenant. Which the appellate court alleges violates the tenant's dismissal order. Under the contempt of court and complaint under Sections 3 and 4 of the Unlawful Settlement Act, 2005, the landlord concludes that the order was not issued. And since both the contempt of court petition and the complaint cannot go along with it, before passing any order on the contempt of court petition, the appellate court will be positively determining whether the alleged claimant will be reimbursed by the rent controller. Knowing the order of communication and its effect, if any judicial proprietor would demand that the appellate court decide the appeal first, and then take the contempt of court case and after that decision such complaint should be decided by the High Court. Has stopped processing the complaint until the rent appeal and contempt of court decision.
