Section 497 (2) of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 337 F (i) and 34 offenses against property (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VI of 1979), Section 17 (2) (3) Damages and Forbidden Bail, more Investigation Grant. The FIR was filed with a delay of 17 days, 22 days after the incident, the statements of the prosecution's witnesses were recorded under Section 161, CR PC. And because of such a delay in filing an FIR by the prosecution, no plausible explanation was offered. And under Section 161, the recording of statements under the CCP of the prosecution witnesses, in which the first party could not exclude the possibility of introducing the accused after deliberation and consultation, but under section 497 (2).
