Sections 365B, 496A, 382, 458, 506 (2), 337H (I), 504, 147, 148 and 149 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 accused of processing abduction, theft and breaking a house. The statement that the abductor was deaf and dumb was recorded by the Investigation Officer with the reference of the Principal, Special Education Institute and Assistant Reference to the Special Assistant Institute. Such statement reflects that Applicant / alleged kidnapper understands their alleged Investigation Officer questions.
