BABAR AFZAL versus PRESIDING OFFICER

At the time of granting Section 497 bail, the applicant / accused had given an unauthorized injunction, under which the trial court imposed a condition on the accused to file a settlement application in the main case when the plea agreement was entered. The condition imposed on the accused on the charge of committing the offense was not only stringent and difficult, but was also an inadmissible unreasonable order, which the trial court approved, and the accused was charged with entering the plea agreement. The bet was withdrawn, but will remain on the same guarantee as it was there. No conditions have been imposed for filing a trial court-approved settlement application
