VII, R 11 Suit, Declaration, Order and Damages Trial Preventing Trial in a Criminal Case, Denying Appeal to Plaintiff The plaintiff was requested to file a criminal case on the basis that it was subjected to section 56 (e) of the Special Relief Act, 1877, which the defendant's offer was to file a criminal case. In the case, the FIR was against any person other than the plaintiff who filed the case. The plaintiff had nothing to do with the name of the plaintiff nor was the FIR stated that no cause of action was disclosed in the case against the defendant, in cases CIC, VI, Under R 11 the plaintiff was dismissed.
