Section 514 was charged with forfeiture of a bond of bail for which the applicant was held on bail while on the occasion of trial. The amount was reduced from Rs. 3,00,000 to Rs. 200,000. The unlawful petitioner and his daughter, who are present in the court, were acquitted by the trial court, on the one hand they refused to leave the illegal order. And on the other hand they called for action against the criminals who allegedly made their lives miserable and maintained. Upon the extension of the bees, the police officer was instructed to file an FIR after recording the statement of the applicant and his daughter and to take legal action against the acquitted accused and to ensure that the request was made.
