WASIM AHMED versus STATE

Section 497 (2) of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), Section 302 Murder Bail, Grant and Collier Account of Further Inquiry consistently proved that the prosecuting complainant did not have any evidence and was required to report to the police. His wife later arrived at the scene of the incident. Evidence was not allowed at the CRPC benefit guarantee phase of section 497 (2); in the circumstances, the defendant's favor was extended and he was admitted on bail.
