Prior to this, three applications were filed. The tenant rejected the application under section 11 CPC on the basis of which the tenant had appealed the tenant's appeal. The appellate court also dismissed the appellate court's landlord's confession that the theory of the race judiciary would not apply to it. The proceedings under the Sindh Rated Premises Ordinance, 1979, in its constitutional jurisdiction, could not ascertain the facts of the case. The High Court allowed the constitutional application and sought an appeal to the court to examine the land raised by the tenant in the appeal relating to the petitionable hearing. In the light of the facts and circumstances, the judiciary was presented according to the law of the judiciary, in a period of three months.
