SYED WASIM SHAH versus STATE

The two FIRs were lodged against the accused in connection with the receipt of evidence of Section 13 arms and the second FIR was acquitted under section 265, the PC roll assigned to the accused in the first FIR was direct. The other FIR did not indicate that the suspect was either the driver or the accused in the second FIR on the bus acetal. In the first FIR against him, the trial will not have effect. The second FIR was a different and discriminatory case, the first FIR must proceed on its own merits, the accused had already been charged and the trial court had to sentence the accused to guilt or innocence.
