Sections 17 (2) (ii) (a) and 24 evict the sub-tenant after vacating the premises by the original tenant subsidiary or under-occupied tenant, a person for possession by the owner against a bound person. The decree was binding, irrespective of whether the sub-lease was prepared before or after the suit, provided that the evacuation was based on a land on which the sub-lease was determined, the premises in question were empty. After doing so, through the original tenant, the appellant, who had occupied the premises as a sub-tenant. The original tenants did not have any locksmiths in the premises because after vacating the premises by the original tenants, they had to go with them, all the tenants being able to retain possession because of their entry. Had no title in favor. Sub-tenants of the original tenants, after evacuating the premises by the original tenants, they were nowhere to be found.
