An attempt to commit a Section 497 Criminal Procedure Code (XLV of 1860), section 324 murder, denied the defendant, who was named in the FIR, allegedly caused three injured wounds to his injured wife, as shown in a medical report. There has been no delay. The injured were taken to the hospital where the police had filed the statement and the fresh weapons were recovered to the injured and the conviction of the offense shows that it came under the prohibition clause of section 497, CRPC Engr. Injured person was caused by a sharp weapon, which was recovered, a request for bail was rejected.
