MST. SADORI versus GOVERNMENT OF SINDH THROUGH HOME SECRETARY, KARACHI

Sections 17 and 25 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional petition legalizes custody of minor constituency by the mother for the recovery of a minor son aged 6 years. Removed was the High Court custody of the minor, who took care of him to provide the proper education, medical treatment and custody of the minor as the most important consideration of his welfare. Yes, appropriate action can be initiated according to the law according to which the High Court dismissed the constitutional petition.
