Article 5, Schedule and Section 14 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional petition Appeals against the interim order passed by the Family Court for the rehabilitation of the child and the care of the wife by the Family Court. The plaintiff's order to pay the interim restitution amounted to Rs. 3,000 per plaintiff, which did not even pay the plaintiff, preferred appeal against the family court order which is pending before the appellate court. The Family Court ruled that the case was limited to the number of children. The legal status of the plaintiff has not been appealed against the interim order passed by the Family Court and only the final order will be appealed before the Appellate Court against the order of the Family Court directing the interim rehabilitation. And this order did not have legal status even though the family court had already ruled on the plaintiff's children, the appeal of the ID was also unclear.
