The Constitution43 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 of the Constitution requires the Registrar to investigate serious allegations leveled against the society in private complaints without issuing notice to the society. The Cooperative Society Act, 1925, was ordered on the basis of serious allegations that the High Court dismissed such request and in the circumstances dismissed the constitutional application.
