Section 498 Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 365B / 376, abduction or arrest of a woman before being abducted or tented for marriage and rape, allegedly abducted by the Sessions Court in its judgment. The kidnapping of the daughter had escaped with another person and had a valid marriage contract with him, the allegations against the accused in the FIR went straight on, for the accused's involvement in the case. The intention of the complainant is largely reflected. The case against the accused, under this section, requires further investigation of his crime within the meaning of section 497 (2), not only before the PCC's alleged abduction sessions court, but also before a magistrate. Recorded and the accused, therefore, was not charged. Police needed another purpose, which was involved in the investigation, the suspect was confirmed in the interim pre-arrest bail status
