ZEENAT KHALID versus DISTRICT CO-ORDINATION OFFICER

Article 199 Constitutional Merit List of Cut-off Pilates of Effect Petitioner challenged the legality of admission of candidates to specific seats in the MB, B section class on the basis that the respondents did not enter after the cut-off date. Do not have the option to entertain requests for. The respondent was of the view that no date had been set for filing the application for admission to the specific seats and further emphasized that the applicant was refused to receive the lower marks, the specific seats on the correct seats. No date for submitting application forms for seats was shown. There was a history of filing petitions on specific seats.
