MUHAMMAD SHARIF versus TEHSIL COUNCIL KAHROOR PAKA, DISTRICT LODHRAN THROUGH NAZIM

Article 57 and 67 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 In the constitutional petition to declare a citizen a police tout, the duties and powers of the applicant of the Tehsil Nazim and Tehsil Council were approved by the Tehsil Council, under which the applicant was declared a Police Tout. Was given and this entry was restricted to the police station city under section 67 of the Local Government Ordinance 2001, while the duties and powers of the Tehsil Council were given, while section 57 of the said ordinance was the duties of the Tehsil Nazim. Performed. No authority was given in the Tehsil Council or Tehsil Nazim to declare a citizen a police tout. The illegal resolution was set aside without legal authority.
