Section 11 (3) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution petition, Plaintiff / Plaintiff's lawyer failed to appear for recovery of dowry articles; Family Judge filed a petition to examine the witnesses. Closed the lawyer's right. The applicant's request for inter-scrutiny of the testimony of the plaintiff's lawyer was also dismissed; the petitioner's counsel submitted an affidavit explaining the reason for the non-appearance in his statement that he suffered injury on Monday. Due to the fact that he was unable to appear in court, the High Court accepted the petition, giving the applicant one last chance to appear in Family Court and complete scrutiny.
