Statement but stated that he himself had offered the property on behalf of his landlord when his buyer was using the limber holder. The buyer did not have the option to offer the land to the claimant prior to its purchase. Therefore, from the statement that he himself offered the plaintiffs the disputed property, yes, the defendant's affidavit statement was never oral or the letter and spirit suit could be dismissed. The High Court allowed the petition to be reviewed on the statement of Thambardar and after recording the remaining evidence, the case was remanded to the trial court and me r on n \ r \ n to decide the matter on merits.
