A solution and forum was created. The spouse should benefit from their residence and if such treatment is not available then another competent forum can be contacted for relief. The High Court directed that the husband should approach the Pakistan Mission in the country (abroad) to register the divorce filed by him. The Family Laws Ordinance, considered under Muslim for wife and reconciliation proceedings, will be enforced there in 1961; proceedings before the Chairman's Union Council were, in the circumstances, disqualified.
