SYED AZHAR HUSSAIN versus MUHAMMAD ASLAM

The plaintiff alleges that the defendant contracted the sale with her, seized it but refused to perform the sale process for the specific performance of the contract with a prayer for a permanent injunction. Instead, the defendants sought to separate the suit land from someone else. Defendant asserts that the n agreement was a forged document, that the trial court and the appellate court held that the defendant's position on the execution of the contract by the plaintiff was disputed. His contract regarding the suit land details was rejected by his admission in a written statement. The facts need not be acknowledged. The motive of the accused is that the fact that he has the suit in his hand in Urdu is English. I changed my signature. The case in which they signed the document in Urdu also failed to present the defendant a minor who could deny his signature on the document on the allegation of forgery.
