The court could not immediately order a pass order. Section HA considered whether Section PC50, in its possession under the CRPC, seized the truck it had been stolen by anyone else, before registering an inspection case or finding a case. , Any party's case may be biased. The contents of the Constitution have been affected by the fact that this was not an unusual case, which is directly guaranteed should the applicant of the High Court benefit from the alternative before intervention, if he fails to seek relief. If so, the applicant may file a constitutional petition
