The applicant's security was returned and paid for and after that the right to recover the fee was advertised for auction, which challenged the auction in a constitutional petition advocate for the applicant. Could not be found. How the applicant was upset with the subsequent auction, when he voluntarily withdrew the protection request, refusing to challenge the subsequent auction in the circumstances. Since the eviction before its security would act as a petition against the applicant, the petitioner could easily have participated in the subsequent auction proceedings.
