The petitioner filed a review before the District Judge claiming that the defendant had entered into an agreement with the applicant for the statement filed, but one respondent submitted a false statement of the accused who had compromised with the applicant. Instead, before filing an objection to the court, the applicant should have challenged the validity of the final order under section 12 (2) before the High Court, as the final compensation order was approved by the High Court. What was, if it is said that the defendant had compromised with the applicant, they could make mutual adjustments. But following the decree can not be hindered imports. The applicant could not identify any illegal interference or irregularity in the illegal decision, therefore, the signature signature request was rejected
