RR 253 (5) and 256 (d) Punjab Bus Stands and Traffic Control (Lahore) Ordinance (XIX of 1963), Sections 6 and 8 of Punjab Local Government Ordinance (XIII of 2001), Sections 3, 116, 137 and Second Schedule. Vehicles are parked out Parking / Lodging fees or general bus stand charging of tax Such fees may be charged from the bus stand to the start or end of the journey and may enjoy the services provided there, but entering municipal limits. There is no such fee for every vehicle on the road. The Regional Transport Authority (Bus) may be charged with vehicles that do not use facilities or services that do not use the bus stand. There is special jurisdiction to allow the establishment of a general bus stand. Without the blessing of the authority, the parking / dwelling fee would be an illegal district coordination officer or the city government had no authority under the law to impose such fees on vehicles. Notification shall be without rules of any legal authority, using bus stand enforcement services at check points set by the G District Government or the collection of such fees or taxes from vehicles outside the bus stand.
