A receipt was made pursuant to Section 497 (2) Contempt Code (XLV of 1860), Rule 420/468/471 Fraudulent, Fake Documents as Fake Documents Guarantee, FIR , Which was shown to be a payment of Rs. 7,50,000, corresponds to the suit in relation to the transaction of the land and the specific performance of the contract filed by it before which the Civil Court Complainant allegedly did. Was admitted to be associated with a pending adjudication with a counterfeit receipt claim. The aforesaid receipt will be determined by the Civil Court from time to time, and further investigation against the accused is required till now, as contemplated under Section 497 (2), under Sections 420 and 471 PPC.
