GOVERNMENT OF NORTH-WEST FRONTIER PROVINCE THROUGH SECRETARY FINANCE versus NATIONAL ELECTRIC POWER REGULATORY AUTHORITY, THROUGH CHAIRMAN

Article 199 Constitutional Application Transitional Relief Tax The recipient of the recipient's request was the provincial government and complained against the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority in relation to changes in electricity prices. The Order Response Authority granted such interim protection immunity as the applicant / government was avoiding the receipt of revenue. Further debate was that the decision to decide the revenue through the end authority was in the knowledge of the government and it was considered paralyzed comments. And was placed on record with the government. This did not work, therefore, the government was not entitled to any interim relief from the High Court in this case. The High Court of Justice refused to grant interim relief because it was open to the government to seek such relief from the authorized forum. There will be a final order.
