In the grant of three persons, including the accused, an attempt to commit bail, section 497 (2) of the Conduct Code (XLV of 1860), section 302/324 Qatim amd and Qatil Ahmed has been alleged that he had opened fire on the legs of the injured witness. That is, it was two versions of the two parties registering an FI against each other in the same case and it was not yet decided which version was right and which party was aggression. The choice was merely to find a moot basis in the law or was sufficient to establish the basis of the order. The trial of the accused came under section 497 (2); Guaranteed further investigation, the accused remained in hospital for some time due to injuries. After the incident and behind bars for the past one year, the accused was granted bail on condition of anonymity.
