Article 5 and the Schedule to the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition suits for recovery of dowry articles (including 5 gold towels) and restitution allowance defendants claimed on the basis that dowry articles and gold. The jewelry was not given in favor of the plaintiff. The defendant was that he presented to one of his witnesses who stated that he had not purchased any furniture and had merely prepared receipts for estimation, the trial court had ordered the dowry articles and gold. On appeal, the appellate court, on appeal, allowed and the appraisal of the evidence, the trial court upheld the claim of Rs 200,000, the high court dismissed. Constitutional petition was allowed and the appellate court's decision on the recovery of the articles of the dowry was set aside.
