MUHAMMAD SHARIF versus ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE, MUZAFFARGARH

Section 5 and Schedule to the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Petition filed and written statement of 8 kanal plaintiffs who printed 3 gold jewelery and land in the form of restitution allowance and restoration of articles of Dowry. Case filed. From the date of the institution suit, the claim of maintenance allowance at a monthly rate of Rs 1000 and the Dover Appellate Court on appeal, upheld the judgment and order of the trial court to the extent of measuring 8 kanal of land and set aside. Defendant's dispute was that he was abroad and never consummated. Defendant further claimed that he was willing to pay half an indoor contract because there was no agreement between the spouses. For comprehensive reasons and for each issue, the conclusions cannot be bothered because the scrutiny of the evidence was not valid until there was some misrepresentation and evidence in the decisions passed by the courts. No reading should be indicated unless the constitutional application was rejected by the High Court.
