MST. ROBINA AKRAM versus ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE

Section 24 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Petition for Trial, Not Appealing Timely Request for Dismissal Order was not challenged, nor was the trial court's order substantiated. It was declared that the case for dismissal was not dismissed on the basis of timely submission of the petition, nor was the constitution of the High Court constitutional application under the order in which the time for submission of the hearing was extended. The plaintiff cannot be allowed to challenge it in a constitutional application before it is expunged.
