Sections 9 and 16 of the Special Relief Act (1 of 1877), Sections 42 and 54 of the Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), A XXIII, R1 exemption of the declaration of accounts permitting the filing of the latest case fraud with the bank effect defendants and A directive was filed against the bank for submission and to submit the statement of accounts that the bank claimed that the plaintiffs had committed fraud with the bank while seeking financial assistance. Plaintiffs recently filed for permission to file a lawsuit seeking permission to file their rights when defendants were accused of fraud. The suit could not proceed, therefore, the High Court refused to allow the same suit to be withdrawn, in which case it was excluded.
