Section 497 (2) Conduct Regulation (XLV of 1860), Section 324/34 West Pakistan Arms Ordinance (XX of 1965), Section 13 Gilgit-Baltistan (Empowerment and Self-Administration) Order, 2009, Article 60 (13). A further investigation into the grant of a license to guarantee the Ummah without a license to carry out a firearm revealed that four people, including the current two suspects, had fired at each other, but none of the two sides had opened fire. There was no problem, police released the two accomplices under CRPC. The role of assigning all the accused was similar in nature, no crime was recovered on the spot, there was no cost to recover the pistol from the accused. The prosecution only treated the two accused presently, thus, It fell inside. Section 497 (2), was considered by CRPC as the domain of further inquiry and allowed to bail under the circumstances.
