Section 497 (2) of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Sections 302/118/212/216 of the Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), Section 6/7 of Gilgit-Baltistan (Empowerment and Self-Government) Order, 2009, Article 60 (13) Qatal Eem, concealing the crime, sheltering the culprit and causing terror, was a dark night to prove the crime. The prosecution did not have any witnesses who delayed the recovery of weapons from the crime did not link the suspect to the crime, especially when the matter was handled. The suspects were not told that they were used by them in the commission of the crime if they were confessed in the confessional statements of the crime if they believed it to be true and recorded correctly. However, in the absence of any direct evidence, they cannot be the basis of their conviction. The bail exemption on the record against them cannot be stopped only on the plea of criminal offense; if the accused were otherwise entitled to bail, then senior police officers failed to demonstrate fair, transparent and misconduct. The accused in the case need further investigation under Section 497 (2) of the investigation, CCP accused were admitted on bail in the circumstances.
