GHULAM QADIR versus GHULAM ABBAS

Article 60 (13) Principles of Justice Administration A pre-order for the cancellation of the registration vehicle for vehicles under the principles of natural justice was decided by the Chief Court that respondent Eid-ul-Fitr, despite a written request to the Motor Registration Authority. Will appear before him. Providing the defendant with the opportunity to meet the petitioner's dismissal and mere charges, and before the expiry of the said period in the final notice, the Authority illegally canceled the copy of the registered book, the authority of which Act was illegal, unlawful and against their prized rights. The respondent Chief Court rightly set aside the order passed by the Motor Registration Authority.
