The Arts, 61 and 60 of the Supreme Appellate Court's assassination of a detainee under trial by the Chief Appellate Court, were autonomous, the home secretary of the Supreme Appellate Court stated, that the courts were located in a populated area. And that the security of judges, lawyers and public contenders was unsatisfactory and adjacent to the Supreme Court of the Supreme Court (Anti-Terrorism) and near the Chief Court was a security risk. And even if the present location of the Special Court was not appropriate, the Chief Secretary had raised the issue of transferring the Special Court to another appropriate place within a month, firing outside the premises of the Chief Court and the Supreme Court. That was the case. The place and the chief secretary were instructed to move the special court (counter-terrorism) to another location. Such an incident was a worrying situation and no exception can be made with regard to the security of the courts. The Secretary of Interior will ensure and maintain proper security of the premises.
