Article Su 61 Supreme Court Appellate Court Jurisdiction In the city of Gilgit, the condition of roads / sanitation, complaints of inappropriate favors in government schemes and poor performance of departments which are generally responsible for maintaining water supply schemes and public roads. The government had to bear huge costs. Improvements in the road and water supply scheme, but due to the inability of the concerned departments, did not show any significant improvement in public utility projects.
