The supervisor of the exceptions to the provisions of Sections 1 & 1 and 2 40?C stated that on the pursuit of higher education qualification, the applicant / offender was granted a pardon for six years, saying that the opinion was sought from the Department of Law. The Federal Attorney General's certificate, obtained by the applicant, was equivalent to the degree of graduation, and in this case his further immunity case would be treated as superintendent prison if the opinion was received and the application was made under law and rules. If the offender is found to be entitled to further immunity, he or she should be allowed another delay. The delivery should be approved
