PIR MUHAMMAD SABIR SHAH versus MST. HASINA BEGUM

Sections 17 and 20 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution of the Court of Appeal for the award roll of the petition was dismissed by the court. Two contradictory stances were taken, one was that the award in question was invalid and the other was that it was invalidated. There is no clear position on which award was given by the arbitrators. The suspicion was that the award existed, the court could not prosecute it, no illegal, false statement or abortion was found in the invalid order.
