Article 204 Petition of contempt of court The petitioner's complaint to initiate contempt proceedings was that respondents of the court order passed on the constitutional petition violated because the hospital, despite all equipment / purchases and facilities. The work was not done. Available; and the respondents fully violated the action taken at the time of court approval. The decision stated that the respondents' position is that due to the mass migration of people from the area concerned, two major camps were set up around the new hospital / project and some distance and the entire medical staff of the area. And another hospital was deeply involved in the delayed inspection and treatment of 30,000 displaced people, largely because of the circumstances that led to the completion of the project, which was beyond the control of the respondents. The explanations offered by the respondents were acceptable and there was no clear denial by the respondents, but for real reasons, the new hospital could not be fully functional, the High Court issued the order. Was to bring the matter to a final conclusion in every way so as to facilitate the respondent in activating the new hospital in the interest of the pub at large, especially the sick community.
